I have a board with HI and LO (or ODD and EVEN) BIOS chips. I'd like to get into them and change (or at least look at) some settings. Can Modbin be used for this? If not, is there another program that I can?

You'll need to interleave the two files into a single image (a byte from even, a byte from odd, a byte from even, a byte from odd, and so on), do your editing, then split them back up again.
Oy. I can't even begin to think how to do that. is there software for that?
