So after recently building a windows 98 pc I seem to be having issues getting it to run at a decent FPS, I see that newer games run at 60 fps or above but for some reason this specific title doesn't seem to run that well. Everything else runs pretty well. Iv'e tried multiple titles and have had zero issues, does this like a temperature issue or just a driver issue. Previous benchmarking shows my cpu doesnt get above 40-ish C and I have put small heatsinks on the vram chiplets. If at the end of this it is indeed the GPU what would be a good recommendation for a different one to pair with this, with good windows 98 compatibility.
