I've noticed that mainly with older stuff, not much newer games, running on my Ryzen 9 5900x + RTX 2070 Super Windows 10 PC that when I launch them they start for a second and then keep minimizing on their own... over and over again until maybe if I keep clicking enough times where it eventually stops. I was just experiencing this again with Streets of SimCity and know UT99 does the same thing at the top of my head. Has anyone else had this problem? I tried looking it up myself and couldn't find anything that helped. Thanks.

Close things you have open in the system tray (may need to use task manager) until you have identified the culprit.

That worked, I figured out it was one of my driver control panel thingys causing it. Thanks, don't know how I didn't think of that myself.
