Ha, for a minute there I misinterpreted the title and thought that Derek Smart had released the source code of Battlecruiser 3000AD. Wouldn't that be something? 😂

The PC port is a watered-down version of the 3D0 release, so it makes no sense to use the PC port for anything. With the original 3D0 source, you can create a new PC port that is faithful to the best version of the game.
