Hi, in the guide for a W98 setup ( Generic Win98SE Installation & Setup Guide ) he is recommending to use these free software:

EndItAll v2.0
Daemon Tools v3.47 (daemon347.exe)
Dot Net Framework v1.1 (dotnetfx.exe)
Dot Net Framework v1.1 SP1 Update (NDP1.1sp1-KB867460-X86.exe)

The problem is that all the links are death, and I can't find them on google.

Any trustable source where I can download all of them?

Daemon and .net can be found within the first google search results. You could also probably find .net installers on some old game discs.
As for "trustable" sources...this is 20+ year old software that was probably removed from official websites long ago.

well, I followed your advise, and I totally regret it. The first daemon tools I downloaded has two viruses. EndItAll v2.0 is not available in google for download, even a virus version is not available.

maybe it's because the results are different in my country. Can you give me the links without viruses? is a free software, is allowed

the same with the net frameworks

And 71 other (and also better) virus scanners on VirusTotal say that it's clean.

If the "trojans" were detected by 3 or 4 engines on Virustotal out of 70+ , chances are good that they are false positives.

I remember that daemon tools had an virus bundled inside. I think it was the type that forced ads onto the PC, at least according to AVG.
