Do you know why when I set jumper on 40mhz FSB (trying to overclock POD83), any windows will not boot? How to do this in a right way?

You will have to change settings in bios, for ISA, wait states etc. for 40 MHz. Also on some cards.

Probably I do not have such option in my Bios 😒 moreover is it save for POD 83 to overclock it to 100 mhz on the stock radiator and on turbo mode?

Try it at @100MHz. It will work or it will be unstable. Around 1 out of 10 works fine without any mods. Fan is OK as it is.

For 40Mhz, fastest BIOS settings, I think RAM needs to be 60ns, L2 cache 20ns or faster.

Or change DRAM Speed to slower settings

Yes, I think that there is a problem with a RAM when I try to overclock POD83 to 100 mhz. When Windows is booting, I get information, that there is not enaugh memory to boot. I have tried to switch DRAM Speed to slower settings, but still it doesn't solve the problem. I have tried with auto settings too. I can't set precise parameters in BIOS, because there is no such option.

If Windows doesn't load and you set all the BIOS options to slow, then the CPU isn't up to it. Just run it at 83MHz and all the BIOS settings to the fastest possible.

Are you using a GMB-486SPS or PKM-0033S motherboard? From the manual, it is known that this motherboard supports 4.0V processor voltage, so you can hack the processor to work at 4V, which will greatly increase the success rate of POD83 oc 100.

Should take a look at this. Modifying the POD83's voltage regulator for overclocking

By the way, with this method, you may need to install a heat sink with more blades and a more powerful fan to offset the extra heat caused by the increased voltage and operating frequency.
