There are methods to remove or disable that line entirely, but that's too far.

Is there any way to make it unchecked by default, perhaps a registry entry, etc?

There was/is a solution for windows 7 but it involves a custom DLL file.

The file is not available anymore but the author explained how to make it. I have no programming knowledge though, so I'd appreciate it if someone here can. Not sure if it's windows 10 compatible though.
