What is the best way to mount CD images (.iso) on Windows NT 4.0?

I know this has been asked multiple times, but I was not successful with any of the answers and programs that I found. So far I have tried the following which were often recommended, however with unclear versions and many links not online anymore:

- Virtual Clone Drive, version 5.1.1.1, 5.1.4.5 (do not work) and 5.4.50 (does not install)
- Microsoft Virtual CD Control Panel 2.0.1.1 (does not start)

Any ideas that work for mounting ISOs on NT4.0?

If yes - please with exact version + URL.
