I have been able to go as low as 320x200, common thing of course at black and white.

What's an even lower video mode, specifically in terms of resolution, that Windows will actually allow?

Is it available on fullscreen? Since you can scale any windowed output in GDI

512x384 is lower than 320x200 if you think about it.

Of course, real resolution

About 512x384, 320x200 in 31khz at 70hz is not 200p, is 400, 320x400, 512x384 is 384p single scan. But you can have 200p at 120hz for example, single scan
