Hello, i'm french and i have a problem to plug système pannel connectors with a Dfi kc19+ HP oem. Manual's Dfi kc19+ pannel connectors IS différent with the HP version . On the mainboard ,there is no indication just ''panel status''. Anybody knows ?

Thanks you for your answer. I don't have the HP Vectra tower but a simple atx tower. Sorry but i don't where i Can plug ''power switch'' ''reset switch'' ''power led''. This is the first Time i'm blocked with this 🤣. And i don't want to crash this mainboard.
This HP board version doesn't have reset header pins so you can ignore that switch cable on your generic atx case.
Based on the previous VL600 table, your other ones should align as follows...
..."power switch" to Power On/ Off Button
..."power led" to Power On Status Light (you may have to rearrange the pins on this cables connector depending on whether it is a two or three pin version)
