Please help me I want to play Arthur's Knights Tales of Chivalry but I get this error message: ARTHKNIA.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. I have Windows XP Home Edition, Service Pack 2, Pentium 4 two CPUs 3.20GHz and 3.19GHz, 512MB Ram

I try the compatibility modes for windows 95 because the game is a windows 95 game and I get Please Insert Arthurs Knights CD #1 into your CD Player. But the CD # 1 is already on the CD Player so I don't know why I get that message.

This game that I have Arthur's Knights Tales of Chivalry I have the France version of it. I also have two DVD/CD drives when I put the CD #1 on the top Drive I get it to work but when I click to start a new game the game give me the same error again of ARTHKNIA.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience or it freeze it.

Please Help how can I make this game to work with Windows XP? 🙁

Have you set the compatibility mode to Windows 95 or Windows 98? Right click on the game's executable icon, click properties, and click the "Compatibility" tab. Then pick the compatibility mode you want.

Never thought this thread would be that long, but now, for something different.....

Um, that's kinda difficult I guess. Perhaps you need Microsoft Application Compatibility Toolkit, but I don't know how to set the parameters myself (parameteres vary depends on the game).
