This is your motherboard, a slightly newer revision: https://theretroweb.com/motherboards/s/a-trend-atc-1762-5v
Sadly there is no manual for it, but keep an eye on that page.

I believe it's missing the components for the 3V CPUs though, I don't think you can use the DX4 as it is now. But it has all the necessary info to set a supported CPU silkscreened on the motherboard.

Again, all the information you need is silkscreened on the motherboard. The pins numbering is not clear from your photo, but just a guess, you can try moving the marked jumper one place to the right.

The board on photos lacks a 3.3V regulator and is hardwired for 5V. Use of that DX4 will kill the CPU from overheating since it'll be running at 5V. You can only safely use it with 5V CPUs like the DX2.

JP33 move the jumper closest to ram one spot to the right, or if you want to overclock to 2-80MHz just remove third jumper.
Remember DX2-66 requires radiator and a fan.

DX4 will require adding missing 3.3V regulator ($4 LT1084) and figuring out how to enable it (measuring stuff with multimeter)
