Geforce 3 ti200 is a Directx 8 card and the GF4 MX460 is a Directx 7 card.

The GF4 is probably faster on some games that are pure DX7, but between the 2 I would prefer the GF3 ti200

Geforce 3 has hw shaders support while geforce mx hasn't or strictly limited through sw . With pure speed geforce mx should be faster . But geforce 3 ti200 can be overclocked to ti500 clocks , in this case mx might be slower .
