I've installed Win98 SE on a VirtualBox Virtual Machine and I tried to setup WinSSLWrap in order to access my GMail account through Outlook Express by following the steps and advices in the pages below:

However I couldn't connect my GMail account despite the aforementioned tool WinSSLWrap that should allow secure SSL access required for GMail. I also created a Google app password and ticked the options of required Server authentication in the Server panel and required secure connection in the Advanced panel for both SMTP and IMAP. Then I installed the Unofficial Windows 98 Second Edition Service Pack from there:

I chose to install the option to update Outlook Express as I wanted to upgrade it to OE6 trying to help fix my connection problems but after booting Outlook Express didn't start anymore because MSOE.DLL could not be loaded.

What do I have to do now?
