If you know their IDs (which you do, since you can check what the other machine received and installed) then you should be able to download them manually directly from Microsoft's Update Catalog (example link for "KB5004378"). I admit I haven't tried it with Vista stuff, but fwiw all Win7 updates were still available as of a few weeks ago.

This being Vogons - If you have paid for ESU then you don't need it; if you didn't then you can't legally use it.
I thought Server 2008 updates worked on Vista x64 without any ESU bypasses, simply because Vista didn't have the code checking for ESU in the first place. 😁
