I suggest trying the MSI G71-21OM033 Drivers CD. It is not specific for the 6156 but does cover MS-6153 (440BX) and MS-6154 (440ZX) and newer.
It is from 2001 and has most everything you should need for Win9x including Creative audio drivers...

thanks! it also says P4"C", but the cd image says P4"P", strange!
