I haven't finalized them to my satisfaction yet. I want a fan header(s) on the Slot1/A stand and the AGP on is a bit loose since the slot is small.

Two digit codes. When I do DOS benchmarks on the VLB IDE cards, I name the 8.3 output files as [2 digit Card code][2 digit driver or Bios code][4 digit storage device code] Then when I load the files into the database, I can parse the file name to get the card info since these cards got no plug and play details. Putting the lable on the top makes it easier to spot the cards.

This is my first item I designed myself with fusion.
I used @douglar work for the ide2sat2 slot and modified it quite a bit.

I have yet to reprint it with looser nubs for ssd-mounting holes, and it will also have floppydrive-matched holes so it can be installed as a floppydrive as well. A facia might be needed..

Fusion took a while to get a hang of, I keep looking for ACAD-features, as I've used ACAD at work (electrical design) for 15 years 😀

I like the design. What's it look like with the clips on? What kind of build is it going in? PIO? MWDMA? UDMA?

I have not used Fusion. I use tinkercad and export an STL. I used to send it off to my public library to print, but now I import into Creality Print and create a gcode file for the printer.

I have multiple systems so I will be printing quite a few of these (maybe eight?).

Getting bridged sata devices to do MWDMA transfers can be a challenge. IDE contollers that do MWDMA but not UDMA are late 486 controllers like the CMD640 and PDC20630 up through the PIIX3 pentium south bridge from intel. Mostly systems that would have shipped with Windows 95. You can always fall back to the PIO modes.

As I worked through the AGP & PCIE, I realized that:

1. Newer cards often meant heavier cards that need better support
2. AGP & PCI cards have tables for stands that work a lot better than mounting on the contacts
3. Big flat bases use a lot of plastic and are prone to misprint
4. Needed to improve support for double width cards

So here's the new batch. Might be a little tweaking over the next few days, but pretty much done at this point:

Ok, so after a few attempts it seems quite ready. The mount itself is still a little flawed, but I'm waiting for better filament before a reprint.
These are not available on printables (yet) but at some point they will be.
The SSD-adapter will hold a Startech-adapter with one drive connected. Another drive can be slotted in above it.
Only 7mm drives supported, but it's easily modified to take just one taller drive.
It has 3,5" dimensions with holes for 6-32UNC with HDD-spacing, as well as M3 holes with floppydrive-spacing. There's a faceplate that should fit a floppy slot too.
The side and front which accomodate mounting to the Fractal design Focus G case are screwed with 6-32UNC screws (also snap-on fitment). The front facia mounting also has slots for M3 square nuts if you prefer M3 countersunk screws.

As long as the heat sink doesn't go beyond 60-70°C the 3D print should hold without warping if PETG is used.

I modified a Slotket mount from printables to work better with Asus S370 series slotkets. I also adapted the model to use the default intel supplied retention screws to eliminate the need for a new backplate.

I did the prototype but then I needed more filament. And then I got more filament but ran out of retro time. I’ll have something by the weekend.

I need a second draft. The AGP cards have that high cut at the end.
