I would offer up to try my bios but since mine does not have the Sil Chip I think my DVI port only works in DVI-A which is pretty much a fancy VGA connector.

As You can see my card is that Sparkle Geforce2 Ultra but the DVI connector is missing the SiI chip and associated smds.... A passive dvi to vga convertor works with this port but I cant get any of my digital only displays to work with it.

I remember someone saying they never seen a DVI-A output on a video card before, I'm guessing this is one of those. (found it: Re: Question about old DVI..)
