Download and install DosBox 0.72.
Make sure core is set to normal and make sure not to use "Auto" cycles.
and why is there a "T:\" drive in there?

dynamic should be fine, just not cycles=auto/max.

ok i changed it to dynamic and 9000 cycles, i tried with 3000 but its even slower, so i am back with the 0.63 problem, the game run slow, the auto thing is what was making it run normally, if i set cycles to lets say 50000 is there a problem??

We can't tell you how many cycles to use. It's dependent upon your processor. Keep increasing cycles until the game runs fine.
If you have a POS computer from back in the Jurassic era it's not going to run well in DosBox no matter what you do.
