I'd like to offer an update to #14 since I have one (it seems to be called "PA-WTEGA").
The BIOS dump matches mine and I read the EPROM using external programmer. There's a project that re-created the PCB (and full schematic) so anyone can build it provided they have the chips, and the DIPs have been figured out:

The card has a bank of 5 dipswitches.

Dipswitch 1-4 select the card video output mode:
0-1-0-0: MDA Mode (main)
1-0-0-1: CGA 40x25 (main)
1-0-0-0: CGA 80x25 (main)
0-1-1-1: EGA 200 lines (main)
0-1-1-0: EGA 350 lines (main)
1-1-1-1: CGA 40x25 (secondary)
1-1-1-0: CGA 80x25 (secondary)
1-1-0-1: EGA 200 lines (secondary)
1-1-0-0: EGA 350 lines (secondary)

Dipswitch 5 selects the IO address:
0: I/O address range in 3xx (default)
1: I/O address range in 2xx

0 means switch open, 1 means closed.

I don't have EGA/CGA monitor to test it, only a mono MDA/Hercules one that does accept 60Hz CGA input and shows colors as different intensity. I tried MDA emulation and CGA modes, it all seems to work properly with my monitor.

I hope mods will agree with this necropost, as I think such unique resources and lists benefit from being expanded. Or maybe that would be worthy of being converted to a vogonswiki article by now?
Would anyone have any information about the card/jumper settings?

Hi,

i found similar card to 20 and 25 in garage, i made a reddit topics whether someone does(nt) know more about this card, my card has also a serial number and hurricane logo next to it. Maybe it could help someone. I also started a reddit thread but the chances someone will know more are the same like i will get in my life another 1M doge or 2M XEM to waste for a burger + beer.
