It literally says what the problems might be and what to check.

Do that.
When you've done that, learn how to list what you've got(hardware, software) , and things you have tried to fix it.

Did you try selecting MS Warp (software) / Microsoft Basic Render Driver as output in dgVoodoo?

3D Analyze might be another potential solution by emulating GPU caps.

You have no video card / GPU!? How do you get an image, how did you read the error message, how do you want to play the game? This makes no sense to me.

As said above, you need a GPU with T&L to play the game. The renderer seems to need it...if you however find a way to SW emulate T&L then it could be incredibly slow, I guess, depends on the CPU.
