So when i try to switch to fullscreen i get videomode not supported.

well it sounds if you don't run it inside dosbox, but giving the other thread I doubt that this is the case.

you can try setting fullresolution in dosbox.conf to a higher value (the one of your desktop for example)

I did change the resolution in dosbox.conf now i don't get videomode not supported but all that fullscreening does is add black around the window covering the desktop, so the fullscreen and the regular screen are same sized(can't explain it better ).I don't know if that's supposed to happen. I guess ill have to toggle the resolution to get it right.

DOSBox version 0.72,Radeon 9600 series,I think latest ATI drivers and a flat(proper term LCD?) Hyundai imagequest q 17.

you might want to change output=surface to output=ddraw or overlay

Oh yeah output=ddraw and higher reso did the trick!
