.z0x sounds like zip, any program that handles zip files like 7zip should be able to handle them

It's not clear what you are trying to achieve so I don't know what else to say. A direct answer to your question would be "use 7zip to create a multi-volume archive with at least 3 parts to create a .z02 file", but that doesn't make much sense.

I have an old game on floppy discs, which has install.exe, install.dat, install.bin and then files with .x00 (which only has 1kb), then .x01 (the biggest), and then .z02. The problem is that one of this archive is damaged, so I want to create them again from files which I have installed (when floppies were worked).

Thank you for advice. I have tried RAX, but it makes first file as .rax, and then .x01... In 7-zip / winrar / winzip I do not see such options to pack files in this way. Moreover I don't understand why first two files are .x and the last one is .z extensions.

However (when floppies worked) I noticed that these archives were creating sfx.exe file, which automatically unpack all files of the game. Game is from 1994.

Ah so it's a game installer, in which case it's not very probable that these are RAX or ZIP archives. For example a .Z02 is not a valid set unless you also have the .ZIP and the .Z01, and it's even more unlikely that the game uses two different compression programs. At this point I'd say that your best bet is to get the game again from another source.

I am searching for a long tine and probably it does 't exist in internet 😀 so thats why I tried to make archive by myself.

Did you try using an hexeditor to see the beginnig of the file, you may find clue about compression

What's the name of the game?

I've only seen those extensions for floppy-split files for Epic Megagames shareware games' installers, which groups them all up together and runs the whole file (it's a PKSFX self-extractor). x00 is the smallest because it is information for the installer program.

Wow, I am impresed that you identified it. Yes, it is Jazz Jackrabbit 1, episodes 1-3. It was released on 2 floppy discs.
