I've been a YouTube member for years. In all that time, any time someone replies to one of my comments, or a video author likes one of my comments, I'd get an email alert, with a link back to the video page, and targeted at that particular comment. I would even sometimes get alerts about replies to comments I'd posted years ago.

That all stopped on Feb. 3rd of this year. Since then, I haven't gotten a single email alert. People have liked, and replied to my comments, but I have gotten zero alerts.

They're not going to spam, I've tried turning all the notifications off and back on again, nothing fixes it.

Yes, I'm using an old system with an old browser, but the alerts aren't sent by my browser, they're sent by YouTube's servers, so whatever hardware and software I'm using doesn't matter.

And of course, YouTube/Google provides absolutely no form of help whatsoever. I posted on the help forum, but it's been a few days and nobody has replied to me.

Does anyone have any ideas as what broke, and how I can fix it?
