I don't find any reference of this card

VideoMaker 1.1 in pcb board.

Any FCCID on the other side?

Because of the Siemens memory chips, it screams German, like some Miro product.

I might agree if it wasn't for the Altera FPGA on there which is a US American IC.

Its also got a Lattice FPGA another US company.

My guess is its a programmable video capture card that can also output that video so likely has editing capabilities.

Edit - That ITT IC is a TV decoder chip.

Could this card be part of a security camera system ?

There's an PCI ID (0x12f8 / 0x0002) that points to Electronic Design GmbH / VideoMaker

Thanks for the info.

The drivers work in my P200MMX with Win98Se. I'll try to use with the software ....
