Few downloads, no comments 😒

Oh well, here's one that fixed the failed circular dependency logic of rebuilding missing nets files.
eg P3C-D

It's a great feat! I guess it might just take a while for someone to be needing this and stumble across this thread.
I'm personally (and maybe only currently) just not really in any need of these boards in KiCAD (since I'm more playing with my own projects), but I'm lifting my hat and certainly would give this work and thread a like! Which is also why I'm simply reading, but wasn't commenting.

Maybe if it were a python script, I guess it could have also been a fun addition to KiCAD's plugins and get a much wider audience - but that's truly not meant as criticism, one has to use the language with which one can work best or achieve the most.

Still, please don't stop posting - it's definitely interesting and great work!

Cheers.
I thought about python, but I'm better at PS and I wanted results.

Also, it's fine as standalone. You run it, and it's done. No real need for integration.

I probably wouldn't have bothered much more after... Probably a month ago when it was working enough, but I'm trying to figure out this irritating as97127f and I figured maybe different boards would give clues.

I wish there were other boards, Eg MSI, gigabyte, abit from this era with boardviews or schematics so I could figure out it faster.

Yeah, I found that.
I can say with fair certainty that that is wrong.
It's correct for the as99127F but the as97127f seems to be a bunch of fairly simple logic gates in one chip. Much of it is in the bx reference design, but some of that is a mystery. Try finding a datasheet for a 74as07. Good luck. I figured it out, but it's slower.
The trick is getting to be 100% sure of equivalent function.
I'm about half way, I think.

I really didn't expect to be of much help with that, but oh well, didn't hurt 😀

And I can well imagine the work against a blackbox - did at least do it with a 44 pin IC on a partly available schematic a while ago, but ended up really having to guess a few pins (somewhat educated guessing and measuring, but still). Turned out well, but could also have gone the other way.

Yours definitely makes for an interesting journey and I really enjoy the updates here!
