Better JUST UPDATE to Windows 2000
Need help? Begin with photo and model of your hardware 😉
Go to google.com and search for:
nt4 USB 2.0 driver
The first 2 links that pop up should get you going.
Sorry I can't upgrade to WIN2000 because the software I need to use only works on Win NT4 🙁
I checked that webpage but any solution works for me
Thanks
Paul

Here's how to make USB 2.0 work under Windows NT 4 SP6a. -> https://bearwindows.zcm.com.au/ntiinst.htm
According to that page, you will need to have the i4usb406.exe driver for USB support to work. Do not install the USB HID driver as it could mess up your keyboard and mouse functionality.
USB 2.0 support was not officially made available until Windows 2000 with at least Service Pack 4.
