BTW as movies gets Oscars,games should get golden Keens for winning a category & for winning the main category Best Game @ All I suggest as a prize a golden Keen on pogo,but I guess,I will be overvoted,& it will be a golden Doom Trooper...

For a nostalgia quikie yes Doom 2. But for a full on FPS start to finnish few day session then RTCW or Half Life 2 is better. I really can not put my finger on a best game of all time and all platform. Those and many more have been my favorite on different times of my life. If I got my Raspberry PI 3 + Retropie + SNES controller, my favorite was arcade Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for some time.

I had also hard choice,my candidates for Best @ All was SimCity 1,SimCity 4 DeLuxe & Commander Keen 5 & it was really hard to pick 1 Best of All,finally I hesitated 10 mins between SimCity 1 & 4...
& for PacMan-like Games I also hesitated for about the same time between Bechman & Supaplex.
& most difficult was to pick 1 most interesting Game-Creature,for last 15 mins I hesitated between the small-big green 1,I then selected,the 2-mouthed also from Keen 4 & the Beholder from Doom...

I think Baldurs gate 1 & 2 are top rpgs. Also the remakes are very good.

The best point and click Adventure game of all time is Monkey Island 3.

The best strategy game is hard, I like all Sid Meir's Civilization versions and put a lot of time into them over the years. Civ 2 is closest to heart, but these games are always over-shadowed by their successor, so I would probably pick the latest installment today, maybe bot 7 cause i have not dared to pick it up.

Best logical game for me was game called In Memoriam. Doubt anyone will be able to play it today as it was one of those games that sent you emails with clues for puzzles and you needed to go to webpages to solve them.

Best sneaky game is Theif 1. Played it on hardest difficulty, it was a blast.

Best FPS is Jedi Knight 2. I just love this game. Think I need to replay it.

No rules @ all,just suggestion is to pick favorite games per category(& if the category was not yet mentioned,U may add a category) & 1 pick,U feel being best of all,but as there already was mentioned,some1 has no 1 best of all pick.
In all cases we all will find some new titles to try & if the votes will be too unclear to count,we will all @ least share our best gaming experiences.If the votes will be countable,winners should get a golden Keen...(joke,I cannot pay for golden Keen rewards,I even do not have a 3D printer to print @ least plastic Keen rewards...)...

Pinball!
Pinball the PC game, pinball the Mega Drive game, pinball the Real Deal that uses Earth as its physics coprocessor...pinball in any shape or form is just ludicrous amounts of fun.

Speaking of physics coprocessors, Mirror's Edge! I think I've completed that game like 5 times since its release. A definite fave!

Crazy Taxi! I used to rack up some crrrrazy scores on campus back in the day; it absolutely was my favourite not-a-pinball machine there.

outcast. academy was also good but it was not as polished imo.

Tbh i dont remember even using guns after you get the lightsaber, sorry for spoiler! 😉

But yeah i remember the laser guns being quite bad, but storm troopers dont have a reputation of being very accurate with their aim, do they? 😂
