Looks great.. I better start saving as would love to try it
Will it be possible to order this card from a online store with a credit card or standard PayPal purchase?

Well, I don't see why that would be necessary, I have ordered almost every card Marmes and Keropi have made and never had any problem (and will certainly order the MK1869 and the XTREME version).
I'm sure lots of other people can confirm that I'm not an isolated case.

I can confirm, never a problem with a shipment (and if I'm not mistaken we are at 6 or 7 shipments) 😁
Thanks for the feedback guys but it’s not a trust issue. In fact, keropi has been very generous to me in the past by helping me with another project. I was just curious about other payment methods.
thanks for the feedback calgon/igna78 😀
@zuldan
possible methods are PayPal (f&f or goods) , WISE and IBAN transfers
we do not have anything else atm
the website got updated with a bunch of info and the order form is now live if anyone wants to enter the queue : https://pcmidi.eu/mk1869.html
stuff is currently in production at factory it will take ~3 weeks before something is actually ready to be shipped
Here we go, another K&M fresh product in the cart 😎
Cheers guys!

I was refreshing the page everyday, I might missed it on Sunday. Saw it last night, submitted my placeholder.
Looking forward to it.
Keropi, any ballpark for timing on the Xtreme version?
Kind regards

xtreme needs a little more time for design - there will also be a change on max ram that can be soldered
and the aim is not to exceed the isa slot length which is a little tricky but doable
it will certainly be the next thing to be released - perhaps 4~6 weeks or something
Great work.. thanks for all you do..
Submitted my placeholder also.
Keropi: Any more info on the PC Midi module for the MK1869? It says on your website to check the PC Midi page, but I can't find any info there.

what info is missing? the features are the same and the same downloads/patches apply and it's the same as the megacard/mk8330
there is a jumpers schematic on the MK1869 site specific to the module
if you are referring to availability it will come later once we secure some nice chips

Thank you, yes the question was with regards to availability, not the featureset 😀
Is the PCMidi card from the MK8330 compatible with these new MK1869 cards?
Shponglefan wrote on 2025-03-05, 13:36:Is the PCMidi card from the MK8330 compatible with these new MK1869 cards?
yes it is exactly the same: megacard/mk8330/mk1869
There are two different PCMIDI products, right?
One is a standalone ISA card, the other - the daughterboard for megacard/mk8330/mk1869 ?
This page - https://pcmidi.eu/pcmidi.html - only mentions ISA card...
Kiełbasa smakuje najlepiej, gdy przysmażysz ją laserem!
you're right, there's the PCMIDI standalone ISA card, and the PCMIDI addon card. It's true that the website is not really explicit about it (MK8330 page talks about the PCMIDI addon card, but links back to the PCMIDI URL you linked where it seems to only mention the standalone ISA card). They're functionally identical, so it kinda makes sense...
I'm curious about why the E690 was left off of the XTREME card, rather than it being the same as the MK1869 with the additional Interwave chip added on. Was it a lack of parts, an incompatibility having it on the same board as the Interwave chip, a choice to keep the PCB size smaller, or was it just a just a decision that was made to differentiate the two products?
I know that we can still get this wavetable with the E-WAVE, so it's still possible to achieve this pairing.
Also, what is the empty U5 pad for? Curious minds would like to know. 😁
