Hi everyone,
I have a PII 400 with Geforce2 TI an windows 98 ,I bought it recently an original copy of Revenant .After the installation the game doesn't start,I solved it with patch 1.22 but the fmv presentation doesn't start.
I noticed in some games that instead of geforce2 TI only gives me primary video driver,this is a directx 6.1 game ,maybe this is the problem?
Do you have any tips for getting videos to work?

I dont think thats the issue, your card is compatible with Directx7 so you should be good, also if you see primary display driver your system usually will use your gpu as your 3d accelerated display. I have a Windows 98 build and this "primary video driver" in some games I have it does not give me any trouble at all.

It could be that the game cant find a proper software to run the video playbacks in the game. Try to reinstall the game and if Im not wrong it should typically ask you two or three install options, make sure you choose a "custom" so you have a complete installation of the game including videos. Some developers back in those days used to make you pick if you want to "save" space on your disk by installing only the necesary files to run the game, or going full including all multimedia files but at a higher storage requeriment cost.
