I found this weird expansion card in my Toshiba T5100:
I am guessing this is some kind of expansion interface cards, like some sort of a docking station, but I could not find any more details.
Do you have any info on this one?

Hmm, I thought it was for the desk station II which was the dock for the T5100 series but no, it seems to be a PA7313E expansion chassis card - see the parts list here:

They're 8-bit slots? Apparently maybe this was from when the T1100 was around so perhaps 16-bit wasn't so important/possible then.

Ooh and I found the parts diagram in the Toshiba ATLAS software, your card is part 16 - specifically the one for the T5100 😀
Oh, thanks, that's awesome! My card says FEXPTR and I can see that mentioned on the last image.
Those are apparently 8-bit ISA slots so I guess Toshiba either didn't see any need for 16bit cards, or they wanted to keep things backward compatible with T1100, or they were planning another expansion box with 16bit connectors.
Anyway, good to know! I could reverse engineer the card, but it's probably not worth the effort as the connectors are no longer available. Well, they are available if you are willing to buy 200 of them (5 bucks each) which is out of my budget 😀
