a full-length animated movie from 80s or older with a giant humanoid golem or robot releasing a tiny yellow bird (probably canary) from a cage in the ending sequence of the movie. they were on the desert i think in that sequence
the setting was middle-ages like i think.
that's all i remember
anyone knows it?

Awesome movie. One of my childhood favorites. Sadly, it's the ONLY Blu-Ray that I ever ordered that got lost in the mail. I got a refund, but still. I decided to live with the DVD release.
