I was a bit curious after reading Sis 540 Aiming For The Stars!, so I looked into it and found some interesting information in the Aladdin V datasheet (as far as I could find, no one had mentioned this).
The image is the PCI Clock Control register (8Dh) in the Aladdin V datasheet. (There are no other registers to set the clock, so AGP seems to be fixed at twice the PCI clock.)
Look at the "PCI Frequency Mode" at the bottom. Doesn't it seem like it will run in 4X mode with "001"?
I don't know how the BIOS reads the PLL IC settings. But I think this shows that true 133MHz FSB may be possible with Aladdin V if set this register correctly and feed the correct clocks (133/66/33) to the board. (I have an ASUS P5A and a SI5351A module, so I might give it a try someday)
