I'm using the latest version of Dos box and also using D-fend reloaded. I got the original syndicate to run, perfectly with hardly any tweaking, and it always runs. But, I'm having problems with syndicate wars. The screen is blank for a few moments and the cursor changes momentarily and nothing happens. Theres a messages that pops up to tell me theres a file conflict. I'm not even sure if I'm using the right file to run it. I'm quite inexperienced with these programs and some advice or suggestions would be nice.

EDIT*: I don't have the original disk. I have used a couple different file combos, such as, Bat. as the main file and MAIN.EXE as the start up or vise versa with a couple different others I can't remember off the top of my head.

wrong forum and we don't supported downloaded versions. Last time I tried syndicate wars (around dosbox 0.70) it ran fine.
