Does anyone knows why is this happening to this game ? I made some tweak on dgvoodoo settings and nothing is helping or maybe this issue is caused by incompatibility? I'm pretty sure my hardware supports dx12 i've checked it dxdiag.

i'm sorry i don't know what logs you were asking but i tried to look for ways by googling and followed your post and this is what i end up.

sorry about that the thing is i don't know where to upload the files bcus of its size. D3d11 is fine it's just that when i try using the dx12 it happens.
I tried to patch it's exe (HTLauncher.exe) from ( Tantra Online ) using NTCore but nothing changed its still showing those weird lights and model.

yes, I can share you what server i been playing. But i cannot assure if i can get you into the inside part of the server like going thru gameguards etc.

actually there's no installation for the game you just have to extract all the files and open the patcher ( not the HTLauncher.exe) wait for it to patch then that's it, For the account i can provide you one if you want.

Edit: could you plz try patching the executable to 4G aware, to see if that helps with the D3D12 rendering?
