Hi Everyone,
I just installed the a Windows 98SE into a IBM Thinkpad T42 computer which has ATI Mobility Radeon 7500 GPU on it. For the display driver, I installed the ATI WIndows98 driver from Thinkpad website, with File version 4.14.01.9129.
On my setup, I used port replicator for T42, and connected it to my DELL LCD monitor via DVI to HDMI cable
There is no issue while working on Windows 98 main page. However, when I run a W98 game such as Jane's F15, Commandos, etc. , my DELL LCD display becomes noisy (red color strips occurs on the display), and LCD display goes to black, basically losing incoming DVI-HDMI signal. I also observed this behavior when I test Direct3d on DirectX 9 by using dxdiag. I just attached a picture so you can see the noises on the LCD

Anybody observed this issue before, any idea how can I solve the issue?
