Well I have a question about these 2 codecs, first of all my knowledge in audio, codecs and stuff is very limited so I don't understand too much about it, but I found in a streaming software for Windows XP and Vista that it came with the audio codec AAC LC LQ, which LQ stands for Low Quality, so here's my question, when I choose HQ (High Quality) It said I don't have it installed in my system, so how can I have it installed?

I searched for answers but couldn't find anything so maybe someone will know what I need to do to install it...
