Well, you can make something similar out of two plies of aluminum sheet.

To 3D print those, you would need to have a 2-piece print where the parts either slide together or are glued together unless the rail could be "solid" instead of the L-shaped metal.

FreeCAD would be good to make parts and can export to STL.

How much clearance is there between the rail and the print panel of the case?

If you send me dimensions and hole locations, I should be able to CAD up a drawing for you to print pretty quickly.

So I printed these https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5540968 and they seem perfect except they are missing the mounting point at the end where it screws into the frame of the front of the case behind where the faceplate normally covers.

I did the best I could (with the help of the wife 🤣) to take pictures measuring everything in centimeters so it would be more accurate and easy. If there’s a way you could add that to the end of the rail and I can turn it into an STL file I may be in business!

Also the screw holes are also a little far apart and would work better if they were moved closer to one another by just a fraction over a half a centimeter

May sound like a weird suggestion but think the last few cm of a backpanel plate with the bend, where it gets screwed down, could work if you could find a way to attach to your 3d printed ones.
Ok sounds goofy, am used to "creating or retro fitting" things to make function in my line of work 🤣

Sand it a little thinner.
Get an ISA slot cover.
Epoxy the two together.
Use the existing holes to pilot drill the ones in the slot cover.
Profit.

(it may need some cleanup with a grinding wheel to remove some of the bits of the slot cover, where it jogs to the side. No big.)

exactly ! was what I was trying to say but got tongue tied 🤣
you describe it so much better ! May have to use some type epoxy to attach the metal to plastic...if cant get screw holes aligned proper....

🤣 thank you for the suggestion and I may try it if Cyclone can’t get me a 3D printable file together.
