Hi! I have at my mother's house a Win98SE tower, and on that tower is the UMBPCI memory manager. I admit that I currently don't need this, but I want to make use of the mono graphics buffer as 32k of UMBs. Can I do this under UMBPCI? IIRC, the manual says it can't, but I want to be sure.

No. That area is not supported by umbpci.

I think VGA overlaps the mono graphics area, using the whole of the A and B block

wired_w: Thank you. Mattf79: VGA does overlap the mono graphics, but it is only used for mono graphics.
