Hello,

I'm trying to find the name of an old Creative speaker set about the time of the early Pentium II and in the Europe market. It was a classic white 2.0 system which should have been released I suppose around 1996/97, quite powerful and sort of a pyramid case design. I don't remember the RMS watts specification but compared to later system I do remember it was a lot for those times. I tried old archived Creative sites but already too modern with later models. Those speakers were the one sold before the later many Surround systems and for the early Sound Blaster cards I remember.

By the way there is a 1995 manufacturing date code on the back. Sound 2000 is indeed a fitting name for the design.

These really looks similar and thank you for it. But I think I remember the ones I was looking for being in a bit larger case even if probably the same speakers family. Maybe a later or higher end model. Do you know the other versions around that time? The concept was the same with those volume and levels. I imagine it might have been a 1996 or early 1997 model.

Sorry, I never saw the rest of the lineup, there are not many left. I'm happy with these, took a power cord replacement, some deoxit in the potentiometers and a good cleaning on the sattelite connector and they are back into service.
