Hello everyone,

Just got an Ericsson gh337 for pretty cheap.
The battery was dead so I had to remove it, but unfortunately it does not turn on.Opened the phone and seems to be in a pretty good shape,also cleaned the power on button contacts and battery terminals...Is there any common problem with these phones(a capacitor,internal battery or something)?

I have one of these in storage somewhere. Haven't touched it in years... I'll try to find it to see if it still charges.

EDIT:
Mistakes were made... Learn from me, check all your old stuff from time to time.

The attachment 20250603_144608.jpg is no longer available
The attachment 20250603_152952.jpg is no longer available

So, it looks like I have a GH388, a PH388 and 3 x SH888s.
On a positive note, I still have 1 battery to use on the 388s and all phones are still working.

EDIT2:
My 388s work when connected to the charger, even without battery. The 888s, on the other hand, need to have a working battery before powering on.

Nice collection! I also have a sharp tq g400 (simmilar to the gh337) with a working battery that lasts long. Its swappable with the ericsson gh337 that I am trying to repair (but has the sharp logo printed ). My ericsson battery also died like yours...
