I just bought ICL ErgoPro D5/60. My motherboard looks like this: https://stason.org/TULARC/pc/motherboards/I/I … OPRO-D5-60.html It is a first socket 4 machine in my collection so I have some questions:
1. How to get into the BIOS?
2. For how long Pentium 60 MHz can work on 66 MHz? I know that it is 5V CPU so it is hot, especially overclocked so maybe someone have some experience withi it.
3. I have a riser for this motherboard but there are only ISA slots. It would be good to have PCI or VLB slots. This riser is mounted in one slot SL2 on a picture in this link: https://stason.org/TULARC/pc/motherboards/I/I … OPRO-D5-60.html What can be mounted into SL1 slot? Maybe I could somehow find is it normal PCI? Maybe it is possible to buy somewhere other riser for this motherboard?
4. There is 256kb cache on this motherboard in 8 chips 71256. There is also a free space for next 8 chips so maybe I could just solder another 8 chips to have 512 kb cache? Is it so simple or I need to replace something more?

Which BIOS is it ? If a AMI or Award there is only a few ways, if Phoenix then could could Ctrl+Alt+S or a similar combo.
Many Pentium 60's can run at 66Mhz but you need very a good heatsink and fan.
That board requires a special "to the board" riser. There may be a special one that includes PCI but is also possible there is not and is a EISA/ISA riser..
Would not mess with cache until you figure out other things.

I found that i need to push INS to get into the BIOS but other questions are still open.
About the riser: I saw some pictures of some ICL 486 computer with the same slots for riser but now I can't find these photos.
What do You think abuot the chipset? I heard that old Opti chipsets for first pentiums are slow and problematic.
So here are photos of my motherboard and this what I see when starting this computer.
