Hi, i want to test https://github.com/digital-sound-antiques/vgm-conv
No idea how to download a binary (if exist!) for windows, specially for win32 i use XP

That program is apparently written in TypeScript. You are therefore not going to find a compiled binary.
The README says that it can be installed via
$ npm install -g vgm-conv
It would of course have been helpful to tell people who are less familiar with that kind of thing that NPM is a package manager.
I.e. you have to install the NPM package manager and then install the desired piece of software via the package manager.

thanks a lot for your reply, yes I read NPM but my google results of what was npm did not success
Anyways too complicated for me, im in a point of my life im happy to deal with solve error in asm code to compile in tasm for example but i do t want to invest a minute of my life in know about github or whatever modern i dont care

It's very simple really, just install node.js (you only need the core, not the extras the installer will offer), then unzip the github package and use the npm install command from widows command line.

Btw, I don't think this will work on anything older than Win7.
