Hi All !!
I have a 40-year-old computer case that has stand-off screw holes that seem to match with Machine Screws #6-32 size.
But am have a very hard time finding a stand-off kit that has this size. I need a kit with various lengths to have the MB and different drives line up properly with case openings.
I have ordered and returned several kits from Amazon with M2,M3,M4,M6 sizes.
M4 is the closest, but the treading is not the same.
The case is somewhat rare, and I do not want to force anything just o make it fit.
Anyone have some ideas and or links to something that might work?

Thanks. Very helpful. But they only 'blind' stand offs in 6-32 size that are metal. same at digikey
And those are for individual standoff of a specific size. I need a kit with lots of different lengths.
Other suggestions?

I was holding off but AliExpress is the next best place if you just want kits. Don't know if they have imperial...

For the motherboard certainly, how about female threaded nylon spacers fixed from both sides - you can buy a single length part and easily trim it to fit (same idea may work for other components). Grounding wires are easily attached if felt necessary.
