Hello retroinformaticos!

I'm looking for the pins where to connect the HDD LED and the polarity. I think it's the one under the IDE connector, JP4, it's the only one there but I'm not sure. Before doing something bad I prefer to consult you.

I'm sending you a photo so you can see it.

So yes, JP4 is LED.
I guess the left pin is PLUS, but don't worry, you won't break anything by connecting a LED the wrong way.

The HDD LED should be connected to JP4.

Yes that should be correct. Don't worry too much about polarity, just try it both ways.
(unless it's some very rare computer with irreplaceable leds that you absolutely don't want to risk, in which case try first with a led that doesn't belong to the case or find the ground with a multimeter but honestly, don't bother...)
