I'm trying to get some DIP-20 ram. Seems like there are lots of vendors selling HYB514256B, but the plastic packaging on chips look quote different from vendor to vendor.

Anyone have photos of what a real HYB514256B chip looks like?

This one is genuine. Packaging, eject pins marks (two round divots) during plastic package molding, open notch as pin 1. But still, be careful especially from these chinese sellers. Best to buy from anyone except from china.

Grabbed a fair use screen shot since ebay auctions are both fleeting and ephemeral.

Deep cut key, two injection dots, Siemens in large font, writing takes up 80% of the chip height, centered
