Do the vrms draw 5v like AXP, or do they still take 12v but from 20pin connector?

Usually no extra connector means 5v, there is only one 12V pin in 20pin ATX connector, that is not enough to power 60-100W CPU.

You can figure it out with reasonable degree of certainty by looking at VRM input capacitors - if they are something like 16V it is likely to be 12V, if 10V or lower it has to be 5V...

Says 6.3v so I guess that answers it...

Out of interest: what motherboard is this? No ATX12V sounds pretty unusual.

ECS P4VXAD

And it is unusual. Only one I have seen like it.
