i had resently try windows 3.1 under dos box and it works great but is it perfict for playing games i mean i tryed and it works but one the game has quit windows 3.1 is all scrwed as you can see. windows31hd8.th.png

Use CVS build

and don't use the command line in Windows it's not supported in DOSBox.

Many "Windows" games are just DOS games with a PIF file and an icon tagged on. My guess is that you ran into one of those.

As h-a-l-9000 said, DOS stuff under Windows 3.1 is broken for the time being.

install windows 3.1 as this page says Windows 3.1x DOSBox Guide i followed all installation steps and i don´t have that problem which i used to have

I remember having similar issues on an actual machine. Video board issues, I think

That screen is what happens when it tries to display a 256-color image with the graphics card set to 16 colors.
