Dosbox Staging: no warped pixels

PCem: 4:3 and 1067x800 like dosbox

I've tried all I can, can someone show me how to make it look right? my monitor is 1920x1080@100hz

Actual VGA BIOS fonts are wider than the slightly trimmed one DOSBox comes with, so there's gonna be a little imperfect warp when 4:3'ing them without any filtering/shadering.

I tried the Shader Manager section but I didn't see any shader, I tried to add in the one from dosbox and the screen turne black
