I got it working flawlessly in an XP VM, but still having those color issues in Win10. My best guess is that despite color compatibility flag, it's trying to play the vobs at 32bit color, this causing pandemonium

With DxWnd I enabled the 16 bit colour mode inside and it works fine. Remove the 16bit mode form Properties tab first in that scenario

DxWnd as a Proxy is working well, but no matter how I hook it, VOBs only play audio. and for some reason, map scenes after playing video stop showing. Best guess is that these two are connected and that once the VOB issue is sorted, the other will fall in line

I don't know how well the proxy works, but the entire program as a hooker did the job well for me
